PartsMate is a professional desktop software designed for auto parts dealers and industry professionals. It provides reference-based tools for checking prices, part names, country of origin, weights, alternates, compatibility, and stock management.

PartsMate operates under the Siam Group of Companies, with billing and commercial operations handled by Siam International General Trading LLC (UAE). The head office is based in Thailand.
GeneralDoes PartsMate require internet access?
Yes. An internet connection is required for:
- License verification
- Updates
- Data lookups
- Subscription status checks
GeneralAre updates mandatory?
Yes. PartsMate checks for updates on every startup. Running the latest version is required to ensure security, accuracy, and proper functionality.
LicensingIs PartsMate free?
PartsMate offers a one-time 7-day free trial per device. After the trial ends, an active subscription is required to continue using the software.
LicensingCan I use the trial more than once?
No. The trial can only be used once per device. Trial usage is enforced through device identification, cloud verification, and local system records to prevent abuse.
LicensingHow many devices can I use with one license?
Each license is limited to one device at a time. Licenses are protected using hardware-based checks and cannot be shared across multiple systems.
LicensingCan I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel or resume your subscription at any time through the PartsMate website by entering your license key in your profile.
PaymentsWhat payment methods are accepted?
Payments are processed via Stripe, supporting:

PaymentsDo you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of the software and instant access, refunds are not guaranteed. Refunds are considered only in exceptional cases such as duplicate charges or billing errors.

No. All data in PartsMate is informational and reference-based. Prices, weights, origins, alternates, and compatibility results are estimates and may change over time. Users must always verify information with official sources before making business decisions.
DataAre alternate part numbers officially approved?
Not always. Alternate part numbers are suggestions, not official manufacturer supersessions. Compatibility must be confirmed using official EPCs or catalogs before use.
DataWhat does "experimental feature" mean?
Features marked as experimental (such as Stock Pro) are still under development. They may change, be unstable, or be removed without notice and should not be relied upon for critical business operations.
DataIs my data safe?
We take reasonable measures to protect user data. Payment details are handled securely by third-party processors, and license enforcement data is used strictly for security and anti-abuse purposes.
