Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PartsMate (also referred to as "PartsMateTH"), a licensed desktop software application operated under the Siam Group of Companies, with billing and commercial operations handled by Siam International General Trading LLC (UAE).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using PartsMate, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the software.

1. Software License & Access

PartsMate is provided as a licensed software, not sold. Access is granted through a valid license key or subscription plan. Each license is strictly limited to one device at a time and is protected using hardware-based device identification (HWID).

You may not:

  • Share, resell, rent, sublicense, or transfer your license
  • Use the same license on multiple devices simultaneously
  • Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with licensing, HWID checks, or security mechanisms

Any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

2. Trial Access

PartsMate may offer a one-time 7-day free trial per device.

  • Trial access is limited to one use per device
  • Trials cannot be reused using different emails, phone numbers, or accounts
  • Trial usage is enforced using local system records and cloud-based verification

Any attempt to abuse the trial system will result in permanent restriction.

3. Mandatory Updates

PartsMate performs update checks on every startup. Keeping the software up to date is mandatory for continued use.

We reserve the right to:

  • Enforce updates for security, stability, or feature integrity
  • Disable outdated versions
  • Modify or discontinue features without prior notice

Failure to update may result in limited or denied access.

4. Subscription, Billing & Tax

PartsMate operates on a subscription-based model.

  • Payments are processed via Stripe, accepting major credit/debit cards and PayPal
  • A 5% VAT is applied to every purchase and every subscription renewal
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled via the user profile page
  • Users may cancel or resume subscriptions at any time through the official website

All prices are exclusive of additional taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital nature of the software and instant access upon purchase, all sales are final once the license is activated.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are considered only in exceptional cases such as:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Billing errors caused by the payment processor

Refund requests must be submitted to support@partsmateth.com and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Use of Data & Accuracy Disclaimer

PartsMate provides automated, estimated, and reference-based information, including but not limited to:

  • Prices
  • Part names
  • Country of origin
  • Weights
  • Compatibility and alternates
  • Model fitment

All information is provided "as is" for reference purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for commercial, legal, customs, safety, or regulatory decisions.

Users are solely responsible for verifying information through official sources before use.

7. Experimental Features

Certain features, such as Stock Pro, are marked as experimental.

  • Experimental features may be incomplete, unstable, or subject to change
  • They are provided for testing and evaluation purposes only
  • You agree not to rely on experimental features for critical business operations

8. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • All activity conducted using your license
  • Verifying data before making business decisions
  • Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations

We are not liable for losses, damages, delays, or disputes arising from the use of the software.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, logos, databases, and content are the exclusive property of the Siam Group of Companies or its licensors.

All third-party brand names and trademarks are used for identification purposes only and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access immediately if:

  • These Terms are violated
  • Abuse, fraud, or misuse is detected
  • Legal or regulatory requirements demand it

Termination does not entitle the user to a refund.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of:

  • The United Arab Emirates
  • The Kingdom of Thailand

Any disputes shall fall under the applicable jurisdiction of these regions.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how PartsMate (also referred to as "PartsMateTH") collects, uses, stores, and protects user information. PartsMate is operated under the Siam Group of Companies, with billing and commercial operations handled by Siam International General Trading LLC (UAE).

By using PartsMate or the PartsMate website, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect and process the following information:

a) Account & License Information

  • License key
  • Subscription status
  • Plan type
  • Email address
  • Phone number (where applicable)
  • Payment status (not card details)

b) Device & Security Information

  • Hardware ID (HWID) or machine identifier
  • Operating system and basic system information
  • License activation and usage status

This data is used strictly for licensing, security, and anti-abuse purposes.

c) Usage & Feature Data

  • Feature access related to your subscription plan
  • Error logs and crash diagnostics
  • Update status and version checks

d) User-Submitted Content

  • Text or images submitted to tools such as List Cleaner
  • Suggestions or complaints submitted through the software or website

2. Payment Information

All payments are processed securely via Stripe, which supports major credit/debit cards and PayPal.

  • We do not store card numbers or payment credentials
  • Payment processors handle sensitive financial data under their own privacy policies

A 5% VAT is applied to all purchases and subscription renewals, as required under UAE and Thailand regulations.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to:

  • Verify licenses and enforce one-device access
  • Prevent trial abuse and unauthorized usage
  • Process subscriptions, renewals, and cancellations
  • Deliver mandatory software updates
  • Improve stability, performance, and features
  • Respond to support requests and inquiries

We do not sell or rent user data.

4. HWID & Local System Storage

To enforce licensing and trial limitations, PartsMate may:

  • Store encrypted identifiers on the user's device
  • Create local hidden files and system registry entries
  • Record device identifiers securely in the cloud

These measures are strictly for license enforcement and security and do not access personal files or unrelated system data.

5. Data Accuracy & Responsibility

PartsMate provides reference-based, estimated, and historical data. Users remain responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them for business, legal, customs, or safety decisions.

6. Data Sharing

We may share limited data only with:

  • Payment processors (Stripe)
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers
  • Legal or regulatory authorities if required by law

We do not share personal data for advertising or marketing by third parties.

7. Data Retention

We retain user data only as long as necessary to:

  • Maintain active subscriptions
  • Enforce licensing and security
  • Meet legal and accounting requirements

Trial and inactive account data may be retained for abuse prevention and compliance.

8. User Rights

Depending on applicable laws (UAE & Thailand), users may request:

  • Access to stored personal data
  • Correction of inaccurate information
  • Deletion of non-essential personal data

Certain data (such as HWID or license enforcement records) may be retained where legally or technically required.

9. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data from:

  • Unauthorized access
  • Loss or misuse

However, no system is 100% secure, and users acknowledge this risk.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of PartsMate after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to PartsMate (also referred to as "PartsMateTH"), operated under the Siam Group of Companies, with billing handled by Siam International General Trading LLC (UAE).

By purchasing or subscribing to PartsMate, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Digital Product & Instant Access

PartsMate is a digital, license-based software. Access to the software and its features is provided immediately upon successful payment or license activation.

Because of this:

  • All purchases are considered final once access is granted
  • The software cannot be "returned" like a physical product

2. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through the official PartsMate website by accessing their profile and entering their license key.

  • Cancellation stops future renewals
  • Access remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • No partial or prorated refunds are issued for unused time

Users may also resume their subscription at any time through the same profile page.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are not guaranteed and are granted only in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Proven billing errors caused by the payment processor

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Lack of usage
  • Incompatibility with user expectations
  • Incorrect business decisions made using the software
  • Trial misuse or license violations
  • Account suspensions due to breach of Terms

All refund requests must be submitted to support@partsmateth.com. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval is at our sole discretion.

4. Trial Access

The 7-day free trial is provided so users can evaluate PartsMate before purchasing.

  • Trials are limited to one per device
  • Trial misuse or repeated attempts will result in permanent restriction
  • Trial usage does not entitle users to refunds on paid plans

5. Taxes & Fees

A 5% VAT is applied to:

  • All purchases
  • All subscription renewals

Taxes are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of access
  • License termination
  • Permanent restriction from future use

We strongly encourage users to contact support before initiating a dispute.

7. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of PartsMate constitutes acceptance of any changes.

This Payments Policy explains how payments, subscriptions, renewals, and taxes are handled for PartsMate (also referred to as "PartsMateTH"), operated under the Siam Group of Companies, with billing and commercial processing handled by Siam International General Trading LLC (UAE).

By purchasing or subscribing to PartsMate, you agree to this Payments Policy.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

All payments are processed securely via Stripe, which supports:

  • Major credit cards
  • Major debit cards
  • PayPal

We do not store card numbers, CVV codes, or sensitive payment credentials on our systems.

2. Subscription-Based Billing

PartsMate is offered on a subscription basis.

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance
  • Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled

Users can manage subscriptions (cancel or resume) via the PartsMate website using their license key.

3. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are displayed exclusive of tax unless stated otherwise.

A 5% VAT is applied to:

  • All purchases
  • All subscription renewals

Applicable taxes are calculated automatically at checkout.

4. Automatic Renewals

By subscribing, you authorize PartsMate to:

  • Automatically charge your selected payment method at each renewal
  • Apply the applicable subscription fee and VAT

If a payment fails:

  • Access may be temporarily restricted
  • We may attempt to retry the payment
  • Continued failure may result in suspension until payment is resolved

5. Failed, Declined, or Disputed Payments

If a payment is declined, reversed, or disputed/charged back, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate access
  • Disable the associated license key
  • Restrict future purchases

Users are encouraged to contact support before initiating disputes.

6. Currency & Exchange Rates

Payments may be processed in supported currencies depending on location.

  • Currency conversion rates are determined by the payment provider
  • We are not responsible for differences caused by bank or card issuer exchange rates

7. Payment Security

All transactions are encrypted and handled by trusted third-party payment processors.

While we take reasonable steps to ensure secure processing, we are not responsible for issues caused by third-party payment platforms.

8. Policy Updates

This Payments Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of PartsMate constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
